Woolworth doesn't debit on agreed date.

I have a credit card with woolworth and my debit oder date is the 25. In October they didn't deduct for the payment and that was my 1st debit and I ended up making an eft payment after I have incurred R150 in charges for unpaid debit oder. Now is November they still haven't debited yet. Woolworth are you waiting for another R150 for unpaid debit oder?
