Woolworth Credit card

Woolworth credit card account upfront payment has negatively impacted my credit score. I have made an advance payment which they consider it as none payment. Now my credit score has been impacted so badly. This is an unfair treatment. This is not how NCA Act No. 34, 2005 line 126 says.
