Woolworth account was paid in full last year but still reflects as an account in arrears

I was under debt review from 2018 and cancel it in 2022 and paid my account in full last year. I have received clearance letter from the debt company but my woolies account still reflects that it is in arrears and it affects my credit score as I am trying to build a new credit score.
