Woolworhts using BAD companies to help the do their recoveries

Woolworths SA , i have a credit on my my account showing on my statement as we speak my account was handed over to MBD where no one can give me answers regarding my credit (overpaid) so why is woolworths using such a company to work with , they dont answer call or emails if you get through the phone just cut off
