It's taken me over a week to try to re-set my login details, so that I can access my account! On top of this they refuse to send you a detailed statement either by e-mail or post! Just a balance to pay, this can't be legal? Then when you try to contact the call centre, it's the usual 45 minute run around, waste of time without getting anywhere. When you go to customer services at the branch, no one can help you! IT'S A ****** JOKE!
