I purchased a adult dress online on the 20th November, I received an infant swimsuit, on the 21st November. To date...3rd December, after emails, calls daily, I have yet to have the "unwanted garment" picked up ll!! and my garment delivered... after many promises. Daily, WW are promising to collect the incorrect garment and then delivering the correct one. Come on!!! Return my calls at least.................I will take the unwanted item to a store, but do need to be refunded for my dress which I paid for on the 20th Nov. I shop at WW often and this is the service?????
