Woolwarths is not a trusted company or business, im under hand over according the experian credit bureau but my account its updated

I have been up and down trying to fix this matter but i cant get help they always promise me that they instructed relevant buruaes but nothing happening. Its been close to a year but no help, im under hand over at credit buraues but my account is active and up to date ,i need help as i lost money to people who claim to help me. I can take loan or buy cars because of this everything is declining. Please help me
