Wooloworths East Rand Retail Store Boksburg

I have made several complaints online regarding the point of sale in this particular store. There are never enough tellers on duty causing long queues. At the same time, numerous staff (who I have seen working on tills before) are wandering around doing nothing constructive. I have personally complained to the store manager on one occasion, this after waiting 30 minutes for her to come to the front of the store. Surely busy times should be identified and catered for. The staff at the chicken counter are also a problem, and will pretend to busy with everything else before serving the customer.
