Woolorths is actually the most dissapointing

I have been calling emailing chatting on woolworths website self response after days My problem is still not solved a simple issue that is been over a week ago . They want people to shop at the most expensive store but can't fix simple problems pnp is faster then this is actually pathetic I am done waisting my time but woolworths has gone backwards by far rather shop at pnp or checkers easy and quick and great customer service
