Woollies finance department is useless.

I placed an order on woollies dash. The order was cancelled by Woollies as my number was incorrect on the system. The amount of the order was over R800. They only refunded me R400 despite a million emails and calls. This is beyond shocking. They said they will email me the vouchers. This was in Nov 2023. We are now in March 2024.
