Woollies Eikestad don't sell school shoes???

I am extremely disappointed and baffled by Woolworths Eikestad Mall. It does not make sense to me that a large clothing store such as this does apparently not sell/stock school shoes. I have been struggling to find good quality school shoes for my girls and a colleague of mine referred me to Woolworths. I went to them and they had the particular shoes that I wanted but not the sizes I needed for my girls. The sales assistants that I spoke to informed me that they only get stock when its back to school. They couldn't order the sizes that I needed from another branch. A colleague of mine then bought the shoes for me at a branch near her. But the little one's shoes was too small and now I'm still stuck with the shoes because when I went back to Eikestad branch to request again (like the fool that I am) for them to order from another branch they informed me that they don't sell school shoes at all. I ended up having to buy from my usual store because it was the middle of winter and my child needed shoes. And to have wasted R450 is not small to me.
