Woollies Dash orders consistently seem to be late these days

Woollies Dash orders seem to consistently be late these days. The last few orders I placed, shopping starts at the beginning of the delivery slot, and 50minutes later they're still shopping! So of course delivery is late. Order placed 30min before delivery timeslot... It's now nearly 2 hours since I placed the order, still shopping. And you can't query this on the app, you have to call or email. Shocking service Woollies.
