Woollies complaints sucks

Woolworths' complaints division is clearly a complete bunch of clowns! When I complained a month ago about some cheese I had bought which was mouldy, it was going to be sorted out, I was was going to be sent a voucher, it was going to be investigated, I was going to be contacted, it was going to be escalated... Results so far: zip, nada, f***all... Sies Woollies. You suck!
