Woollies Alberton: What a shocking experience!

<p>My partner normally gets home earlier than me and I have allowed her to go to woollies to buy some essential groceries. She was there yesterday and got badly treated when the cashier questioned if the account she was buying on belonged to her. The cashier behaved in a total inconsiderate and unprofessional manner by having my partner wait while security guard walked up and down. They confiscated my Woolworths card and told her that I must come in and sign for the card. My partner felt that she was treated in a rude and unprofessional manner and made to feel like a ********. If my partner came under my instruction to pay the account there would not have been any trouble like this. I finally arrived as it takes me 1hour and 30minutes to get from work to home. They took another half and hour to walk around aimlessly and cancel the transaction. By this time me and my partner had enough and we left the groceries to go home. My partner has a kidney infection and standing in the shop waiting for me was agonizing to her. I was very disappointed in the staff they could not tell me clearly if the transaction was voided and said that I should follow up on the account. They were not only rude but also showed signs of incompetence. The way I am feeling right now I will gladly close this account and go to Pick and Pay or Game. My partner and I don’t need this ************** and unfair treatment.</p>
