Wooliesdash

So I ordered on wooliesdash and selected timeslot. I got notification that says my order has been collected and it's on the way. We waited and waited but there was no order not the driver. Minutes after my timeslot I called the help line only to be told that driver couldn't reach me. How because on my profile there is my number, I don't know. So I asked if I can at least collect my order at the store and I am been told that the order has been refunded and I have to wait for days. Mind you I won't get the delivery money I paid. This is my first time ordering on dash and I already hate it. Woolworths you did me dirty. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
