Woolies you’re a *****

Ordered something online and 2 days later they cancelled my order due to low stock. An agent told me I was supposed to get my refund after 24 hours of them cancelling but it’s been 7 days now and I still haven’t received a refund! What a bunch of *****sters and I’m so highly disappointed because I actually love Woolies!!
