Woolies, You just lost a loyal customer.

Woolies is slowly losing touch. If they are not sending you wrong stuff, they take over two hours to deliver. This has happened several times to me.

I placed the order around 8 am. After 11am I had to call and ask where my order is coz the App says it’s delivered. Now I am being told that the process is that the driver calls me first and if I do not answer then they turn back. I moved away from my phone for like a minute and I saw a missed call I do not know. I always buy from Woolies but I have never been called by the driver before. The driver is supposed to tell Security that they are here to deliver. Security will call me to open the gate. Why did the driver turn back with my things, after 1 missed call?

Been waiting to have coffee since 8am. I can bet that Checkers would have delivered before 9am.

Not so long ago I was querying where my chicken was as I had a guest decided to buy ready-made chicken but it was not included in my order. I had to wait for the driver to come back. Even then I was told I would be refunded as if it’s nothing that after waiting for so long I still didn’t get a complete order. Noooooo man. I love your food but Checkers Sixty6 is still the best.

Please refund me the whole amount.
