Woolies!! Worst service in my life!

Online shopping.Bought wine with my Credit card and the wrong amount has been debited against my account.

I have been trying to speak to someone at Woolworths call centre for the last 2hours and still struggling. Really do not know what to do.. Cannot believe that a big company like Woolworths treat their clients in such a way.

Shocking!! That is all I can say.
