Woolies Wonderboom and *** stories

Bought PJs at woolies Hartebees Village mall, got home Pretoria north only to find that the pants were XL and the top L. Went to Woolies Wonderboom to exchange to the right sizes, Boooommmm the till lady (Tebogo) and her manager told me they can’t help me I need to take that back to Hartees and that it’s not there problem:-( now all the petrol to drive back to harties….. Woolies what is your exchange policy?
