woolies what kind of training are you providing??

I was at Hub and there was a long wait at the till and finally when it was my turn i advised the cashier that iam in a hurry and your staff sadiya turned and yelled at me saying we are all in a hurry. So i told her that i wasnt talking to her and she carried on telling and screaming at my face saying that because she is working woolies its part of her job description to defend any retail store. Now this is when woolies is now apart of something that is extremely wrong. Is this what you are training your staff to do? they should go around fighting with customers outside of your stores in a woolies uniform and saying that it is apart of the job agreement. I am deeply appauled by the type of training and the calibre of people you choose to be apart of your classy reputation!
