Woolies unsanitary prepared sandwiches

Today (Sunday 15th May) I witnessed something that made me sick to my stomach. While waiting in line to take a cooked chicken at Woolworths Bassonia I watched as one of the ladies was making salad sandwiches. She was mixing the coleslaw with her hands, not an issue as I understand they do wash their hands, however, I watched in horror as she kept touching her mouth mask and then continuing with the sandwiches like there was no issue. Seeing as I am someone who buys pre made food like this from woolies all the time, this has broken me.
