Woolies Sucks!!!

I visited Woolies Dainfern Square on Friday, Popped over to the dessert section as my Wife is pregnant and is going insane on cravings. Finally settled on Malva pudding and custard. I looked for the price of the smaller one, there was no price on it, the larger one had a price of R54 underneath it so i took it, get to the till and the cashier says its R99, i then informed her of the price in the isle and she asked me to go back and check? like really infront of a store full of people. That is not my responsibility to do. Eventually she does and comes back and says yes the price under the large one was R54 but the barecode is different as its for the smaller one, again its not my responsibility to go and check all barecodes in a store like Woolworths. The manager didnt care its only when i asked for the store manager that she actually did something as apparently the store manager had left. I was then told to pay R19 i questioned why and the manager with an attitude tells me that im getting the malva pudding for free as it was priced wrong, You guys are embarassing!!! and its sad to see such calibre of staff placed at your Dainfern branch. Its not about the money, thats why we shop at Woolies, its about quality and friendliness,Even the guard at the door was more friendly than your manager and cashier.
