Woolies South Africa ruined Christmas 2018

Don’t use their online ordering service, placed an order for 10 items for elderly parents Christmas, money taken out of account straight away, 20 min before delivery on Christmas Eve, email saying only have 4 items. Cancelled order straight away, now the next headache will be getting a refund. Thanks Woolies for ruining Christmas! My helpful hint, drive to checkers they will have everything you need cheaper and less hassle.
