Woolies Shoes Stains Feet

Good day

I am very disappointed at the quality of your shoes. I have taken a picture of my sons feet after he wore the shoes purchased at your stores, which was stained (different colours on his feet) Are you not supposed to sell quality? This really is unacceptable, as I am paying for quality and this is not what I got.

Please advise way forward. I am truly shocked that you are selling shoes that is colour staining feet.
