Woolies service smells like disappointment

WOOLWORTHS WATERFALL MALL, RUSTENBURG Driver Trymore Samuel didnt check his driving instructions and claimed he couldnt reach me. Ive waited 2hrs before Woolies called, only to tell me driver couldnt reach so they will refund me, 4-5 days for refund to show in bank acc, so i must just order again if i want my stuff today. Im livid. Ive made it clear that the driver can damn well drove back, because he is at fault, or i want my refund as in TODAY, why must i be inconvenienced because a driver is too slow to understand driving instructions??? Be better, seriously
