Woolies school shoes

I bought woolies school shoes size 9 November last year it's not even a year they are already damaged...the sole is worn out my husband can feel water inside if it's raining. Mxm for that money they should do better and now they telling me they can't take it because j don't have the receipt but it's their brand. Who else sell their shoes
