Woolies Sandridge Disgrace

I would like to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with Woolies. I went to Woolies Sandridge Square in Midrand thus morning.

I bought groceries worth R4 000 which makes it equivalent to two full trollies. When I got to the till the cashier told me that they don't have plastic bags which was surprising to me as the other cashier was serving an Indian gentleman and she out his things in a plastic bag he only had a few items.

I didn’t dispute it then took my stuff from the first trolley to the car as I walked passed I saw another cashier with plastic bags I asked her why is it that I am disadvantaged when there are plastic nags she just stared at me and said nothing.

The manager whom was supposed to intervene walked past me although he heard my cry and complaint as i would need to unpack the stuff in the car individually he didn't ask me anything he didn't do anything didnt even bother yo show concern a whole store manager very useless.

Im very disappointed as I shop there all the time the treatment was unacceptable and unprofessional. I have my slip for the purposes of proof.
