Woolies Richards Bay..staff member "JC" excellent

RICHARDS BAY Woolworths JC is someone who can be found EVERYWHERE within the store. He is the most amazing customer liaison, jumping in and packing shopping bags, solving customer queries and he is almost like a Genie...he's everywhere and just DOES stuff...i have NO idea what position he holds at the store but he is worth 100 staff ! Thank you JC for singling me out whilst paying one day to tell me that I had dropped my earphones a week prior...he had notices, stirred them for me and returned them that day. I had NO clue where I had lost them. Great service...RICHARDS BAY WOOLIES hold on to him ;)
