Woolies Rewards is a ****

I’ve been a loyal Woolworths customer for years and reached the VIP Rewards level, which includes benefits like a birthday voucher. My birthday came and went, but I never received the promised voucher. I contacted customer service on March 20, only to receive a generic, insincere response from the complaints team. It’s now July, and I’m still waiting.

It’s disappointing, especially because I love Woolies’ clothing, but the customer service experience has been disgraceful.

And they dare to call me to take out a Woolworths credit card or loan.
