Woolies refund.

I placed an order with woolworths home at the ebd of October, I enter the wrong address but I called 5o let them know and I was told that it was fine and could be changed, then I received a call and the person I spoke to told me that they would take the groceries back and I would get a refund. I have been waiting for my refund for more then a month now. I have called and sent emails to Woolworth online but the response always says that they have to check somewhere or do something. It is too long to wait for a refund of food I didn't get. It is very disappointing 6k 4xp3tience thiss
