Woolies quality dropping

I love Woolworths but I am so disappointed in their quality, previously I thought it was just an oversight however on the 09th December 2023 I bought a couple of clothes for my kids and amongst them was a pack of panties for my 6 year old daughter and by the way she loved them but two weeks after buying them one of the panties has a hole on it and I checked it and I can confirm it was not cut or anything it’s just whole like the panty is old or the material was not just not right . I would understand if the panty was 3 months or even 6 months but not even a month already it has a hole ? How does that happen? I love Woolies for its quality however the quality is dropping and am so disappointed
