Woolies quality down the drain

I bought a boot for my daughter in June when we had our 1st Eid, and she wore it about thrice thereafter. Yesterday she wore it again only for the 5th time and 3/4 of the sole came loose. One can clearly see it is a manufacturers fault and even on the rubber sole you can see it was hardly worn. Please advise if it can be returned??
