Woolies online store not getting back to me

Good day,

Since last week I’m trying to shop online with my woolies card. My online store profile/card has been blocked without anyone communicating the reason why and assisting in unblocking my card. Why am I not getting feedback on my emails?!

It is covid times no one wants to go to the shop physically! Sort this out urgently
