Woolies online shopping website is like pulling your own teeth out without having any medication

Why is the online website so freaking slow. Whether I want to order food or clothing. Very annoying! The website looks so great. What a pity its so slow I can barely oder anything. Takes ages or the website page does not load or freezes completely.
