WOOLIES ONLINE PURCHASE A *******

I made online purchase of R645 which was containing food and clothes however, i was later debited for the initial amount of R645 then R244 for clothes and R351 for food and i have been contacting woolies to return the R645 as it seems as if i paid for one order three times but to date nothing yet and the order was made beginning of March 2019
