Woolies Online Orders Disappointment

I ordered a Smeg Retro Espresso Machine from Woolworths online store worth R6599. What arrived at my door on the day of the delivery was the incorrect order (Smeg Drip Coffee Machine) that cost half the price R3499. Not once was I contacted by Woolworths regarding changing my order but instead they decided to send me a cheaper alternative. I don’t know if this is ********* on their part or gross negligence! Now I have to make time out of my day to have someone come pick this order up and wait for an unknown period of time to get my refund!! This has been a very disappointing experience!
