Woolies online order

I had made an online purchase via woolworths, i then called to confirm the order and was told it had processed and was visible on their side. then on Monday i got an email to say my order has been cancelled due to their technical errors , then well a consultant by the name of Shameeg tried to assist though he could not and well my matter was transferred to someone else who called me and promised to send me a voucher to rectify their mistake. and well have been waiting for the voucher
