Woolies online is an awful experience!

I'm a regular buyer on various online platforms and made a purchase on woolies online for the first time. What I nightmare and shocking experience.

I haven't received my goods after several weeks and get ****py help from the customer service which I really did not expect from woolies. Based on my experience with them, I don't even trust the information they give me.

Such a dissapointment
