Woolies online bad service

I am rather disappointed with the service received from woolworths, i places an order online on 23-04-2025 and delivery was supposed to be on 30-04-2025, but that was not the case my parcel wasn't delivered there was no communication when I check on the woolworths App it shows delivered but delivered where though guys we purchase with money or should one stop buying online if this is really going to happen I'm so dissapointed because I have to send those items home for my daughter 😢
