Woolies online app and website needs an upgrade

Woolworths your app is terrible. It is very slow and very difficult to use. Please consider upgrading the system. I was just trying to buy something online and simply cannot. I also had a dreadful experience on the online site a few months ago - so slow and virtually impossible to use. Don't make it so hard for me to buy from you please!
