Woolies not returning funds after items were returned in store, 3 months ago!

We were on holiday in South Africa over summer. I bought clothes at Woolies, and later returned some of it for a refund. After 2 weeks I noticed no money has arrived yet. We were still in SA, so I called the call center multiple times, with no results over 2 weeks of many attempts. Upon return to Germany, I reached out over email to customer services. I've been passed around between different managers with no solution in sight. The last response suggested I come to the store to get the money in cash.
