Woolies, no response.

Woolworths never responds to complaints. I purchased a 700g block of gouda cheese. When I tried to slice a piece off, it just crumbled so the cheese was not properly cured or whatever. I should have taken it back to the store but being festive season and too busy to return it. I then sent a complaint via e mail on 16 December with Pics, but no response. Expiry date on package was 25/01/2025
