Woolies Mouldy Tortilla Wraps

On Tuesday 19/07 I wanted to treat my family to some lovely chicken and wraps from Woolies. I shopped at Woodburn Square, Pietermaritzburg.

I bought two grilled chickens (one plain rotisserie and one barbecue) and two packs of tortilla wraps (amongst a few other goodies). My first issue was that the barbecue chicken breasts were very dry (somewhat overcooked) - but I was not going to complain about that.

The second major issue was that after eating almost all of the wraps, we noticed that the last two were mouldy. (I have three teenage kids, so they just made their wraps and ate without checking earlier). I have attached photographs of the mould on the wraps, as well as the packaging with the batch details.

I would have taken it back to the store, but I did not keep the receipt - because I never have issues needing returns on Woolworths foods.

I am extremely disappointed about this and hope that the food quality matter will be addressed.
