Woolies Millionaire competition ****

I have app**** for the Woolworths credit card in May. There was campaign where you will be sent a sms to take part in the Woolies Millionaire draw and receive a voucher. When I enter my cell number, I receive an error message "Invalid phione number". I have sent several emails to *** and nobody can solve the problem. I asked to be sent a voucher and a confirmation that I am entered into the draw, but that seems also not to be possible. I have reported this since 30/06/2019 and it seems nobody in the IT department is capable to solve this.
