Woolies' meat does not match the rest of their products' high quality standard. Why?

Hi Woolies, I am 56 yeaes old and have been shopping at your storws for 30 plus yeara. I musr congratulate you. The quality of your products are excellent and your service too! Excellent! There is, however, one area whic I have found contiously which you can approve and that is the quality of your meat. As a rule, I visit your shops once or twice a week, but I never buy meat from you because the meat is always tough. In December, pressed for time, I bought various pieces of meat. Today I cooked the pork belly and, once again, yhe meat is tough. I live to go to one store and get everything that I need, and for me, quality is key. Can you please look into the quality of your meat so that I can do all my shopping in one store. I normally shop at Jean Crossing and Southdowns, Centurion. Thank you
