woolies maponya

Last month i went to Woolworths at Jabulani mall to exchange clothing items that I recieved as gifts , upon arrival I explained to the guard at the door and he told to proceed to look for other items. Unfortunately I did not find anything that I liked ,I made my way to the tills and they refused to assist me telling me that they need to do audits ,or that I need to provide a receipt who on earth gifts people with the receipt?

On the same day i went to Maponya ad they provided me with good service I did my exchange and was given a refund card I don't remember the name of the ladies who helped me , but they did an amazing job.

I would definitely recommand WOOLIES at Maponya mall .
