Woolies low quality products

I bought my son, jeans online in Feb. The Jean got ripped, I got it patched but it has ripped again. I sent an email to complain but the response was flat. Not acknowledging the lie quality material used. Now I've been advised to return the item to a store. But its the dismissive attitude for a brandnlike Woolies, that upsets me.
