Spoke to a lovely lady Loren Lee Bothman, customer services consultant, on 06-02-2020, I needed proof of address but didnt sort my mail out as I recently moved, she was refreshingly helpful in a sea of useless tele-consultants from various companies, I had correct proof of address in no time.
