Woolies illIgally aoliciting funds

I have never had a woolworths account, credit card or finance of any sort but woolworths have handed me over to a debt collector and are unable to tell me anything? Not only did they most likely allow someone to open a ********** account on my name they are now *******ly soliciting funds from me.
