Woolies ignores court order

In 2010, I was in a position which forced me to enter debt review. The process goes through the courts and documentation is issued and sent to the creditors in which an extended payment agreement is reached. The court signs off on this and I am protected from legal action while I pay off the debt. It has run smoothly for 5 years and every month, Woolworths has received its money. About two weeks ago I logged into my woolies account online to see what the balances are as I am hoping to be able to pay extra into the accounts. I noticed an odd balance and called customer care. I was told that the store card account has been overpaid by just under R2000. My debt counsellors said they would investigate and if there was an over payment, it would be refunded to me. Today, I get a call from attorneys. Woolworths Credit Card has handed me over for collection. This action is in contravention to a court order and Woolworths received all the relevant documentation for this in 2010 and agreed to it!! <br> What the hell is going on? I want answers!!
